We are currently working with Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13 and the Pennsylvania Department of Education on the Keystones to Opportunity (KtO) project, a $33 million per year initiative designed to improve literacy learning outcomes and increase reading achievement among students in danger of academic failure from birth through grade 12.
