By The Numbers worked with the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at
Clemson University
on the development of five nutrition-related websites:
Nutri-Web and the
Nutrition Information & Resource Center,
both informational websites; a site on
Food Stamp Nutrition Education in South Carolina;
a site on the
Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in
South Carolina; and a website called Lucy's
Tasty Treasures that accompanies a television show on nutrition for elementary school age children.
We have also worked with Clemson on a study of food consumption and nutrition among
Hispanic immigrants to the U.S., and an evaluation of a healthy lifestyle education program for
undergraduate students.
